Play & Develop

Learning Skills
Aiming the water flow into the activity station funnels and watching the water rotate the googly eyes and gauge, or spray and sprinkle out of the various strainers, all provide the opportunity to expose your child to the principle of cause and effect. As your child learns to rinse themselves with the stream, they also learn about hygiene.
Knowledge Acquisition
As your child sprays and activates the station, demonstrate basic principles of physics through the power of water to create movement and speed – causing the gauge to spin, the eyes to rotate, and the propeller to turn.
Curiosity
The various colors, play modes, and indirect results, such as filling up water on one end and watching it spray out of another, ignite your child’s curiosity to explore and experiment with the product, stimulating endless curiosity for the world around them.

Fine Motor Skills
Designed especially for little hands, squeezing the knobs on the diver shower handle and activating the flow of water is a great opportunity to develop your child’s fine motor skills, strengthening manual dexterity.
Senses
The varied spraying actions stimulate your child’s sense of sight, touch, and sound. Encourage your child to listen to the different sounds and sense the various spraying effects – the direct flow of the shower handle, the sprinkler piping, the propeller pumping.
Coordination
Holding the shower handle and aiming it using one hand, and handling the activity station with the other, requires both hands and teaches limb movement coordination. Aiming the water stream at the activity station also improves hand-eye coordination.

Self-Expression
The simple and varied playing options enabled by the submarine and activity station, allow your child to express themselves by making decisions that influence the chain reactions, and even how dry (or wet) you and the bathroom will remain.
Communication
Bath time with the submarine and activity station can be an opportunity to improve communication and language skills – name body parts as you spray them, describe the station’s chain reactions, and encourage your child to do the same.
Confidence
For toddlers, every little win is a boost of confidence. The submarine and activity station offer many simple accomplishments, developed for their precise abilities and encouraging independent play and exploration – from simple operation, to aiming the flow of water, to being able to rinse themselves off safely and independently with the spray.

Good to Know
Safety first
The submarine and activity station can be activated in shallow waters, so a safe water level is enough. Also, since the submarine circulates water from the tub, water temperature remains constant.
Eco-friendly
No more running water! The Submarine Spray Station caters to kids’ love of running water by spraying bath water using its unique circulating water pump (CWP).
Certified
Like all Yookidoo motorized bath toys, our award-winning Submarines uphold the most stringent water safety standards and are the only IPX7 waterproof certified bath toys.
