Shipment
Shipping is available within the US only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
We may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order once placed. This does not include weekends or holidays.
Note: if you order after 12 pm EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
Shipping is available via UPS or USPS.
Shipping fees:
- Flat rate shipping - $5.99

APO and FPO Addresses
When you request that your order ships to an APO or FPO address, the package will ship SAM (Space Available Mail). SAM is at no additional charge and will ship your package from the APO or FPO address via the next available boat.

Returns
Returns Made Easy
- Log into your account or press this link [contact us] to initiate a return.
- We email you instructions for returning your product.
- Ship your unused product, in its original packaging.
- Once we receive and process your return at our warehouse (within 48 hours of receipt), a refund will be issued to your original payment method, with no restocking fee.
Return Window

- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be in new or slightly used condition.
Return Costs
- If your return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Yookidoo will cover the shipping costs, and the restocking fee will not apply.
- For all other returns, shipping is free using our provided return label.
Please note the following conditions:
- We accept returns and bear shipping costs, only due to defective products, damaged products, inaccurate product description or an incorrect order. For any other returns, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- You can only initiate a return after an order has been marked as shipped, and within 30 days of actual receipt of item.
- The refund will be for the full value of the returned items, unless otherwise noted.
- Credit for returned items will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 7 business days of the date that the return is accepted at our warehouse. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle.
- We can only process returns of Yookidoo products purchased online via this Website.
Defective & Damaged Items

If you receive a defective item (inoperable but with no visible damage), please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.

If your order arrives with obvious shipping damage, we recommend refusing the delivery. However, if you've already accepted the package and later discovered damage, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately
To help us process your claim:

Keep all original packaging and materials.

Do not dispose of the box or product until you've contacted us.

Provide photos of the damage if possible.
Please note: If packaging is discarded or the item is returned without contacting us first, it may limit our ability to process a refund or replacement.
